The 1st Call for Proposals for standard projects is open from 16 March 2017 to 15 May 2017.

• the last release of the FAQ; as stated in the Applicants Manual, time for sending questions has expired and contact the Joint Secretariat only in case of misfunctioning of the eMS platform;
• the updated version of the eMS user manual has been published

Click here to submit project proposals through the ELECTRONIC MONITORING SYSTEM of the Programme (eMS).

The Programme Joint Secretariat will inform/advise applicants/partners through:

1. Help desk at js@italy-albania-montenegro.eu
2. FAQ answered/updated every Friday (all questions to the JS need to be written in English)
3. Open days Tuesday 10:00-13:00 (max. 15 p.) / via Skype Wednesday 10:00-13:00 for AL/ME
